Calculating the ROI of Systems Thinking Action Learning teams is not as straightforward as the common formula of Net Profit / Total Investment x 100 (inclusive of using the DuPont formulation). The calculation takes into account that there are multiple infleunces on performance.
Once meaningful metrics have been selected, we conduct a rigorous assessment of the effects on performance that are likely and expected to come from the Systems Thinking Action Learning team. This is frequently a matter of discussion and dialogue. Different circumstances may influence the factors that are selected. At the conclusion of the discussion,t here is a clear articulation of the foundation for calculating the Return on Investment.
